RATES for 2022

Summer Season (May - September)

$ 175 / night, $1095 / week, 4-night minimum stay

Reservations during our rental season for fewer than 4 nights will be accepted if space is available, but only when booked within 45 days of your desired check-in date. Please inquire, as we will do our best to accommodate you.

Reservation Deposit:

Initial Deposit: First Night ($175) + Cleaning Fee ( $95) = $270

Final Payment

Your final payment is due 1 week before you arrive.

Security Deposits:

We are no longer collecting security deposits in advance, except for special circumstances. If there is any significant damage from rentals, we trust that our renters will be willing to make suitable arrangements with us for any expenses that we might have to incur.

Cancellations

Fully refundable except for first night & Cleaning Fee
... For 2-7 day rentals: if cancelled with 30 days notice
... Everything refundable if we can rebook your reservation

No pets, please.  (inquire for special cases)
Smoking allowed outside.

Special Events
Use of house is generally limited to those staying as guests, and not to be used for large gatherings withou tprior agreement.

If you plan to invite others to join you, pleaselet us know at the time of booking.

We require an initial deposit of $270 to secure your reservat ion ($175 for first night + $95 cleaning fee)
